1. Sales Are Final
Because the item is made to your exact specifications, you usually cannot cancel, return, or exchange a personalised product once your order is processed. No exchanges, or refunds on any items. Please check items before leaving. Cozy Creations will not be responsible if you damage your item due to being rough or if the vinyl comes off.

3. Accuracy and Errors
It is entirely your responsibility to double-check the spelling, grammar, and design details when submitting your order. Retailers typically do not accept responsibility for mistakes or typos caused by the customer, and these errors do not qualify the item for a refund. Cozy Creations will not take any responsibility for any item damaged which has to be personalized which is not a item of Cozy Creation.

4. Refusal of Content
Cozy Creations reserve the right to cancel or reject customisation orders that contain inappropriate, offensive, or profane language. Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring your text or images do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Extended Processing Times
Personalisation requires additional production steps. You should expect an extra 3 to 14 business days (depending on the item and job) on top of standard shipping and delivery times.

6. No Rushed Jobs
Every job has to be booked and paid in advance. Should you require an urgent job, you will be charged double for the inconvenience.
